These new portable digital audio/video gigabeat S Series includes two hard disk drive models - the gigabeat MES30V (30GB) and the gigabeat MES60VK (60GB). With a large 2.4" diagonally measured QVGA LCD screen and a resolution of 320 x 240, the new gigabeat models feature amongst the best picture and video quality available today.
Both models play digital music, display photos and video, and support WMA Lossless, WMA, MP3, WAV, WMV and JPEG.
These new models offer a long lasting, up to 20 hours of battery life and are compatible with DRM 10 Movie Download Rental Sites through their built-in USB port. They also include a built-in FM Tuner and an A/V output through an optional cradle. This new line of gigabeat HDD players utilize the Windows' Portable Media Center (PMC) interface for music, video and picture management.
